Q. Are the classes I see now in the On Demand the only classes that will be available?

A.No way! Check back often. You’ll see more options added regularly!

Q. If there’s On Demand, does that mean the Live Stream Experience is going away?

A. Nope, both serve a unique purpose and add value to membership. If you’re looking for Live Stream Experience set up and log in directions click here to pop over to that page.

Q. Do I need props, weights?

A. We tailor On Demand classes to work at home, the office, the park, wherever! In the description we may suggest weights or a prop, but substitutes are easy and optional. Here are a few ideas if you want something aligned with traditional props:

  • Mat: towel, blanket

  • Barre: nearby wall, chair, desk, countertop, back of the couch, railing

  • Weights: soup can, water bottle, wine bottle

  • Block: books, plastic food container

  • Ball: pillows

  • Yoga strap: scarf, rolled up shirt, towel

Q. What can I expect from On Demand, how is it different from the Live Stream Experience or in-studio class?

A. Same great vibe, face time with favorite instructors and all the feels from a studio class. In-studio and on our Live Stream Experience you’ll have full-length classes, someone there to address you personally, offer adjustments and of course a group environment. Our On Demand Vault is built out with shorter classes, quick hitters that can give you focused strengthening, muscle work or meditations and yoga that are fit in your day without much inconvenience. In short, the On Demand Vault is a stellar complement to what is offered in our regular lineup or can revamp how you Barre & Soul with us. And, PS - the privacy of your own space and no camera, zero pressure.

Q. Do I need to be on the internet to watch the On Demand Videos or can I download them to my device?

A. You always need wifi or cell and the link on our landing page to access on demand which is connected to your membership through the Mindbody platform. There will be no way to download the videos to watch at a later time.
