Our favorite barre props:

Weights

  • These come with a trio or single set option.

  • Most of our clients use 2 or 3 lbs for their light set & 5 lbs for their heavy set.

  • These are the exact ones we have in our studios!

  • This option comes with 5 different tensions so you can change depending on the muscle you’re working or just how you’re feeling that day!

YOGA BLOCKS

  • These come with a strap as well!

BOLSTER

  • Bolsters are great for under the knees in savasana or even to sit on at the start of class!

BLANKET

  • These are classic yoga blankets. We encourage clients to use them during savasana and some instructors will cue use for them during stretches or at the start of class.

  • These are the exact ones we have in studio! They’re used in every Faux Former Pilates class.

FOAM ROLLERS

  • These are the exact ones we have in studio! They’re used in almost every Mat Pilates Fusion class & are great to roll out tight muscles after a killer class!
