Parking Info
Paid public parking is LUSH! We’re in a shopping center with tons of free parking all around our studio location. You can absolutely drive right up. You’ll see our signage on the outside of the second floor (the only two story spot), the outdoor stairs around back take you into our studio.

Class Schedule
Classes start promptly at the time listed. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to avoid a $10 no show fee. Our cancellation window is 2 hours prior to class.
Indigenous Land Acknowledgement
Barre & Soul sits on the original homelands of Abenaki, Pennacook and Wabanaki Peoples past and present. We acknowledge and honor with gratitude the aki (land), nebi (water), olakwikak (flora) and awaasak (fauna) for which they have thoughtfully cared for throughout the generations. We honor the land itself which remains sacred to them and recognize the difficult experiences that New Hampshire's indigenous peoples have faced.
